Minespec Has Acquired Man V’s Parts

Minespec Parts Pty Ltd is pleased to announce the successful business acquisition of Man V’s Parts Pty Ltd Rutherford NSW effective 31.03.2022.

Minespec Parts are major suppliers of NEW, USED, Service Exchange OEM components and parts within Australia and on a Global platform. The successful acquisition of Man V’s Parts is strategic and a very large part of our 10-year growth strategy to further our supply of Iron & continue our solid footprint within the NSW region, allowing major warehouse facilities for our components and parts in the range of Caterpillar, Komatsu, & Hitachi OEM HME.

Man Vs Parts’ reputation and solid business etiquette built on customer relationships & professionalism is a credit to Michael O’Connor over the last 6 years. Minespec Parts are privileged to be in a position to successfully acquire Mick’s business and we will continue to support Mick and the team moving forward on a day-to-day basis.

Upon infancy not much will change in the way Man V’s Parts continues to support our customers and suppliers with NEW, Service Exchange components and parts to the mining industry. 1st July 2022 will then see a name change from Man V’s Parts to Minespec Parts NSW Pty Ltd. We will be introducing the dismantle of OEM Heavy Mining Equipment within the 80T to 800T range of CAT,
Komatsu, Hitachi OEM HME into the NSW region to further support all of you with USED components and parts along with the existing business of NEW & Service Exchange options within our Rutherford operation.
